A calm, confidential space to pause, breathe, and begin again.
Life can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, or a difficult transition, counselling offers a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find steadier ground.
I’m Tracy, a counsellor based in the Northfleet area. I work with adults, children, and young people who want a safe, non‑judgemental space to talk, reflect, and feel supported. Together, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface and gently move toward clarity and change at a pace that feels right for you.
About Me
I’m a counsellor working with adults, children, and young people in the Northfleet area. My approach is warm, steady, and grounded — offering a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgement or pressure.
Counselling became part of my life long before I trained professionally. I’ve seen first‑hand how powerful it can be to have someone sit with you, listen deeply, and help you make sense of what feels tangled or heavy. That experience shaped the way I work today: calm, human, and centred around your pace.
